<p>Korisnicima se dozvoljava korištenje podataka samo u znanstvene svrhe, što uključuje i korištenje podataka za izradu doktorskih disertacija, poslijediplomskih specijalističkih radova i diplomskih radova na razini diplomskih studija. Nije dozvoljeno korištenje u svrhu nastave, niti za završne radove na razini preddiplomskog studija.</p>

<p>Ovi uvjeti korištenja primjenjuju se prilikom preuzimanja skupova podataka koji zahtijevaju registraciju i identifikaciju korisnika. Ovi uvjeti ne primjenjuju se na skupove podataka koji su slobodno dostupni pod licencom CC BY 4.0.</p>
<p>Prije preuzimanja podataka korisnik treba izjaviti da je upoznat s dozvolama za korištenje podataka i ovim uvjetima korištenja te se mora obvezati da će skup podataka koristiti sukladno tim dozvolama i uvjetima.</p>
<p>Hrvatski arhiv podataka za društvene znanosti (dalje u tekstu CROSSDA) ima pravo onemogućiti pristup podacima onim korisnicima koji prekrše uvjete te o tome obavijestiti korisnikovu matičnu organizaciju i druga nadležna tijela.</p>
<p>Dopuštenje za pristup podacima ograničeno je na konkretnog korisnika, odnosno nije prenosivo. Korisnik se obvezuje da podatke neće dati na uvid ili korištenje neovlaštenim osobama.</p>
<p>Korisnik se obvezuje osigurati odgovarajuću razinu zaštite podataka prilikom prijenosa, pohrane i korištenja. Nije dozvoljeno podatke prenositi putem neenkriptirane elektroničke pošte niti preko servisa za prijenos podataka koji nemaju ugrađene sigurnosne protokole za prijenos podataka.</p>
<p>Korisnik se obvezuje da će podatke koristiti u skladu s etičkim i profesionalnim standardima te da će poštivati relevantne zakone. Neće pokušavati pripisivati podatke određenim pojedinačnim slučajevima (tj. pojedincima, kućanstvima, ustanovama itd.), niti na bilo koji drugi način ugrožavati anonimnost sudionika.</p>
<p>Korisnik će prije korištenja podataka proučiti popratnu dokumentaciju, odnosno podatke će koristiti savjesno i informirano.</p>
<p>U vlastitim djelima korisnik će citirati korišteni skup podataka u skladu sa znanstvenim standardima uz obavezno navođenje DOI broja za skup podataka.</p>
Korisnik će informirati arhiv CROSSDA o publikacijama koje objavi temeljem ovog skupa podataka te o svakom drugom korištenju podataka.</p>
<p>Izvorni autori skupova podataka i CROSSDA ne snose odgovornost za pogreške ili nedostatke u podacima. Korisnik se obvezuje obavijestiti arhiv CROSSDA o pogreškama i nedostacima koje otkrije u podacima.</p>
<p>Izvorni autori skupova podataka i CROSSDA ne snose odgovornost za rezultate i interpretacije koji proizlaze iz sekundarne upotrebe podataka.</p>

<p>These Terms of Use apply when downloading datasets that require user registration and identification. These terms do not apply to datasets that are freely available under the CC BY 4.0 license.</p>
<p>Prior to downloading the data, the user should confirm that he or she is familiar with the permissions for data use and these Terms of Use, and must agree to use the dataset in accordance with these permits and conditions.</p>
<p>The Croatian Social Science Data Archive (hereinafter CROSSDA) has the right to deny access to those users who violate the conditions and to inform the user's parent organization and other competent authorities.</p>
<p>Permission to access the data is limited to a specific user, i.e. it is not transferable. The user agrees not to disclose or transfer the data to unauthorized persons.</p>
<p>The user pledges to ensure an appropriate level of data protection during transmission, storage and use. Data may not be transmitted via unencrypted e-mail or data services that do not have built-in security protocols.</p>
<p>The user undertakes to use the data in accordance with ethical and professional standards and to comply with the relevant laws. He or she will not attempt to attribute data to specific individual cases (i.e. individuals, households, institutions, etc.), nor in any other way compromise the anonymity of participants.</p>
