These data were used in order to (1) investigate the relationship between intergroup contact, perception of intergroup threat and ideological attitudes and behavioral intentions among members of ethnic majority and minority groups, (2) investigate the role of social norms in relationship between intergroup contact, perception of intergroup threat and intergroup attitudes and behaviors, (3) investigate the possible changes between aforementioned variables in one year period. One data set contains data collected in two time points on Croatian majority and four minority groups, students and their parent (only in the first time point) - cda1016_dat_integranorm_longitudinal.tab, while other data set contains data collected from two countries, Croatia and Serbia, in one time point on majority and minority students and their parents (cda1016_dat_integranorm_crossectional.tab).

Students from 6th, 7th and 8th grade of elementary school and all grades of high school from four multi-ethnic communities in Croatia and from Vojvodina in Serbia. In Croatia, schools were sampled from Vukovar and surroundings (minority Serbs), Daruvar and surroundings (minority Czechs), Istria (minority Italians) and Baranja County (minority Hungarians), where minorities practice education in their mother tongue (model A - where not possible than model B and C) and comparable majority schools. In Serbia, schools were sampled from Vojvodina following same principles. It was planed to collect data from 1200 students and 2400 parents in Croatia.

Data were collected on two occasions: (1) February, March, April, May and November 2017 and (2) February, March, October, November 2018. The target was a one-year interval between the two waves.

82.8% students participated in second time point.

Ovi uvjeti ne primjenjuju se na skupove podataka koji su slobodno dostupni pod licencom CC BY 4.0.</p> <p>Prije preuzimanja podataka korisnik treba izjaviti da je upoznat s dozvolama za korištenje podataka i ovim uvjetima korištenja te se mora obvezati da će skup podataka koristiti sukladno tim dozvolama i uvjetima.</p> <p>Hrvatski arhiv podataka za društvene znanosti (dalje u tekstu CROSSDA) ima pravo onemogućiti pristup podacima onim korisnicima koji prekrše uvjete te o tome obavijestiti korisnikovu matičnu organizaciju i druga nadležna tijela.</p> <p>Dopuštenje za pristup podacima ograničeno je na konkretnog korisnika, odnosno nije prenosivo. Korisnik se obvezuje da podatke neće dati na uvid ili korištenje neovlaštenim osobama.</p> <p>Korisnik se obvezuje osigurati odgovarajuću razinu zaštite podataka prilikom prijenosa, pohrane i korištenja.
